At Daily Labels we value you and your privacy, just as we value ours. 

We only collect certain information from you to improve your shopping experience, to communicate with you about our products, services, promotions and, most importantly, to ship our goods to you. We will only ever disclose your personal information to third parties where the disclosure is necessary and directly related to processing your order - such as our financial institution to process your order. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We only require your name, street address, email address, phone number and method of payment (credit card or PayPal) details to process and complete an order and for you to receive your fashion items in the mail. The Daily Labels website uses 128 bit encryption via a SSL certificate when accessing or processing any personal information, which keeps you and your details safe when shopping with us. We do not store any credit card or PayPal information on our servers.

As per the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to request access to your personal information held by us here at Daily Labels. You may do this by sending an email to info@dailylabels.com.au and sending us an email. Please include your e-mail address and full name when sending your request.

As we like to keep you updated on our new products, offerings and promotions we do send emails. However, we will only send you emails with your prior consent, and will remove you from our mailing list should you no longer wish to receive promotional information from us.

All products listed on www.dailylabels.com.au are described to the best of our abilities and each fashion designer gives full measurements for your information. We take all care to ensure all our information is correct, but we are human here at Daily Labels and cannot eliminate the possibility of human error.

Daily Labels may revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Use of the website is subject to these revised terms (if applicable).
