Shipping & Delivery


All goods are dispatched from our warehouse and are delivered to you using Australia post. If you're located internationally, we use Australia Post's network to send our products offshore. Under no circumstances can items be picked up or collected in person from the Daily Labels warehouse or offices.


Every item is sent using registered mail - this way, we can track the item if for some reason it does not get to you, and we have some peace of mind that you'll actually receive the product! You'll have to  be present and sign to receive the delivery, and show appropriate proof of identification. If you're not at home, the item will be sent for collection at your local post office.


Depending on where you're located (Australia or abroad), shipping prices may vary.  In addition, prices for each product may vary, so make sure you check out the product page when ordering to find out the shipping price.  Pricing for shipping is clearly identified for each order upon checkout, and is included within the invoice. Most of the time, shipping within Australia is free!


Orders are generally processed within 3 - 5 working days for "standard" items. Items that are Daily Labels "exclusives" are generally made to order and may take a little bit longer to send. Make sure you check out the DELIVERY tab in the product page before ordering for the best estimate for shipping times.  Either way, we will inform you via email when the order has been received, when the order has been shipped, and if there are any delays stopping the product getting to you in time.


If it is taking an unusual amount of time to receive your item and you haven't heard from us, then we're worried too! Please use the contact us link below, and we'll find out where the sneaky parcel is hiding.

Exchanges, Returns & Replacements


We here at Daily Labels are proud of the designers we carry and guarantee all our products being delivered to you as advertised and at the quality promised. We believe that we have a very clear and fair returns policy. It follows two basic principles:

 

1. We provide an exchange for a faulty or defective products. If our suppliers are unable to exchange the item, a full refund (less postage and handling) will be provided. When we receive items from our suppliers, our Quality Control team checks every garment for marks, deformities, tears and faults. However (unfortunately) some garments which were never ever meant to be worn by our customers slip through the cracks. If this happens to you, please let us know and we'll provide an exchange (or full refund for the item cost (less postage and handling costs) if a replacement is not available). Daily Labels agrees to exchange a faulty or defective item with the same item that is of suitable quality. If a supplier cannot provide a replacement to Daily Labels, Daily Labels agrees to provide a full refund (less postage and handling costs) to you. Note: A refund will only be provided should a replacement garment not be available. Note: You will need to inform us of any defective or faulty products within 48 hours of receiving the item

 

2. We provide store credit for items if they are the wrong size or do not fit you. However, the item must  be of saleable quality when returning back to us (ie. must not have been worn and all tags must be kept on the garment).  If you would like to return an item and receive store credit, then please let us know using the process outlined below.  Note: You will need to inform us of your intention to return the item within 48 hours of receiving the item.


If you believe that your return falls into one of the two categories above (ie. 1. your item is defective or faulty, and the defect or fault is not as a result of misuse or abuse, or 2. The item is the wrong size or does not fit you), then please get in contact with us to arrange a return. All returns must be approved by our Customer Service team. If you are looking to return an item to Daily Labels, please follow these steps in order to have your exchange processed efficiently and promptly:
 

a. Firstly, email info@dailylabels.com.au quoting your invoice number, username and reason for returning the item to us. We'll endeavour to get back to you within 2 working days
 

b. If your return has been approved by our Customer Service team, they will provide you with further details on how to get the product back to Daily Labels. Under no circumstances can items be returned in person to the Daily Labels warehouse or offices. Postage and handling of goods back to Daily Labels is at the buyer's expense
 

c. The product must be in its original condition and have all labels and tags still attached. You have 14 days to return the items back to the Daily Labels warehouse in order to have your exchange processed. If the item is not received within 14 days, then your return offer will lapse and we will not be able to process it
 

d. Once the item has been received by the Daily Labels warehouse, we will provide you with a exchange or store credit within 14 working days. Don't worry, we'll keep you up to date with the progress of the return via email. If the return is an exchange, and the supplier is not able to provide a replacement item, Daily Labels will provide you with a full refund (less any postage and handling costs)

 

 

 

Ordering


All goods must be ordered from our online store. Daily Labels does not have a shop front or physical store just yet (but watch this space!)

 

 

 

Payment and Pricing

 

All prices are as listed on the Daily Labels homepage or product page. When you make a selection, the products will be added to your shopping cart, and the shopping cart updated to reflect the full price for items and delivery costs. You will be asked to confirm your order upon checkout and before payment. Daily Labels reserves the right to change or alter prices without prior notice.


Daily Labels is an online clothing store, and as such, all items must be paid for using our online payment system! We accept two forms of online payment; Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) and PayPal. We do not accept email, post or phone orders. All prices and transactions are completed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).


At Daily Labels we have taken all possible steps to help eliminate online fraud. We do not hold any of your credit card or PayPal information on our servers. Therefore every time you make a transaction, you will have to enter your credit card details or PayPal details to confirm and finalise the order. We also use a SSL Certificate that encrypts all your information on our site to prevent anyone obtaining your information during a transaction, thus making shopping on our site safe.


All credit card transactions are processed using a third party gateway, SecurePay. Combined with our SSL Certificate, this ensures all your credit card information is secure and safe during a transaction. All credit card payments will be confirmed upon finalising the transaction. Please note; if your financial institution declines your payment via credit card, we cannot hold goods against your order.


You also have the option on checkout to use PayPal. This service allows you to securely and conveniently send payments over the internet using a Credit Card or an approved bank account. To be able to use the PayPal Service all you need is a residential address and a valid credit card, debit card or bank account. The PayPal Service is available in many countries around the World.
